Yes, a security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival and will be returned after checkout inspection.

Yes, cleaning is included, but please leave the apartment tidy (dishes washed, trash removed).

Yes: convenience store, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants are all within a 5-minute walk.

More than 15 days before arrival: full refund. 15 days or less before arrival: 50% refund (50% deduction). 48h or less before arrival: no refund.
